Events & Exhibitions
Exhibitions and events are valuable outreach tools for researchers. Both the participation in international and national events, and more local affairs help reach your audience.
Milde International Science Communication supports research groups and institutes by designing exhibits, producing information material, coordinating with external agencies, and helping to set up events - always in close cooperation with researchers.
And of course we can assist with all aspects of conference organisation.
Elisabeth Schiemann Kolleg - 10th Anniversary
Jointly with industrial photographer Silvia Steinbach, Frenkelson Werbeagentur and leading entertainment provider satis&fy Milde Science Communication designed and helped realising an exhibition with pixlip go lightboxes for the Elisabeth Schiemann Kolleg that celebrated its 10th anniversary on November 18th 2025 in Berlin.
Concepted as mobile exhibition the 11 lightboxes highlight the work of the Schiemann Kolleg in which scientific members of the Max Planck Society foster the careers of excellent female scientists after their postdoc phase, helping them to succeed on their way to an appointment as a tenured professor or as a director of a research institution.

Einstein Telescope and IceCube Gen2 Presented at Quantum100 in Münster
Together with members of the Einstein Telescope (ET) Collaboration and the IceCube Gen2 project, Milde Science Communications developed a joint exhibition for Quantum100 in Münster. The booth showcased both research initiatives with illuminated displays, banners and many hands-on exhibits.
The project was supported by RWTH Aachen, DESY, the Deutsches Zentrum für Astrophysik, the Karlsruhe Institute for Technology/KCETA, the Max Planck Institute for Gravitational Physics (Albert Einstein Institute) and the University of Münster.
The Einstein Telescope (ET) is Europe’s future third-generation gravitational-wave observatory. As a European flagship project, ET will deliver unprecedented insights into the Universe and open new frontiers in fundamental physics.
IceCube Gen2, the planned extension of the IceCube observatory at the South Pole, will significantly advance the field of neutrino astronomy and deepen our understanding of high-energy cosmic phenomena.
Quantum100, the concluding event of the Quantum Year 2025, took place on Saturday, 15 November 2025, at the Münsterlandhalle in Münster, Germany. The exhibition attracted strong interest from visitors and provided a vibrant forum for engaging with cutting-edge research in astrophysics and quantum science.

SAGEX - At the Frontier of Physics
Together with Early Stage Reserchers of SAGEX, an Innovative Training Network funded by the European Union, Milde Science Communication developed the online exhibition "SAGEX - At the Frontier of Physics".
